In-depth customer research

We have been commissioned by ZOO to undertake a strategic market research project across the fenestration industry.  ZOO are one of the leading designers and suppliers of architectural door hardware in the UK. Our new project will help the brand continue to stay in tune with the specification needs of Architectural Ironmongers (AIs) across the sector.

Who are we interviewing?

If you are an Architectural Ironmongery professionals with a specification and/or buying roles within the fenestration sector you may have been asked to take part in a research interview this Spring (2023).

We hope that you can provide some of your valuable time to this project.  We are a specialist agency in the home improvement and construction space, and carefully follow the Market Research Society (MRS) Code of Conduct.  You can therefore be assured that all the feedback we receive is treated confidentially.  The results we collect will be summarised and fed back into the ZOO and Tyman Group business in a way that does not identify any individuals or firms.

The interviews will take just 30 minutes and will be convened at a time that is suitable for you by telephone or Teams.

By contributing to this important study, each participant will also receive a copy of the key findings and lessons to emerge from the research.
