We are very pleased to announce a new research study about heating parts and spares in partnership with Wolseley.  Eureka! have been asked to collect insight and feedback on some exciting changes planned for the Wolseley Plumb and Parts business in the near future.

Research fieldwork is being undertaken during August and September. Heating engineers and technicians are being contacted to participate in the consultation on an anonymous basis.  So if this applies to you please be assured that all your answers will be treated privately.

Who has been invited to talk about heating parts and spares?

If you’re a current parts and spares trade customer or have held an active account in the past, we’d love you to take part.

Hopefully you will see the benefit in providing some of your valuable time to this project.  We are a specialist market research agency in the construction and broader home improvement space, and carefully follow the Market Research Society (MRS) Code of Conduct.

You can therefore be assured that all the feedback we receive is treated confidentially.  The results we collect will be summarised and fed back to Wolseley in a way that does not identify any individuals or firms.
